Pono Systems is led by Keone Kealoha, a principal with twenty years+ in design and tech-focused project management, from Cupertino tech to startups and dot coms, AND twenty additional years of executive leadership in Hawaiʻi nonprofits. The last two years have been spent full time on AI implementation: not reading about it, but rebuilding a working statewide platform on an AI-native architecture and running the operation on it daily.

That combination is the point. We have sat on the buying side of technology decisions for two decades, which is why the audit comes first.
