AI Integration Training
Tools without capability walk out the door with the consultant. We curate training around the systems we built together, so the organization grows its own capability in-house.
Taught on your own systems
Not generic AI literacy. The training runs on the integrations from leg two, using your workflows and your data, so what your staff practices on is what they use on Monday morning.
Training on its own
Sometimes the audit says you do not need anything built. You need your people taught to do it themselves. They already have the tools. What they are missing is how to build a workflow, how to set up an agent that handles a recurring job, how to get real work out of a model instead of a clever paragraph. That is a complete engagement, with nothing integrated and nothing custom built.
When it happens
- Alongside the build
- Your people learn the system while it is being built, so it is familiar before it is finished.
- After the build
- A focused handover once the work is done and the shape of it has settled.
- On its own
- No build at all. Your team, your existing tools, taught to use them properly.
Who we train
Your point person. If you have someone technical you want brought up to speed, we can put them on a path toward being your in-house AI lead: enough under the hood to change what needs changing, and to own it after we go. That one decides whether the capability actually stays.
Your staff. The people using it daily need to know what it does well, where it is unreliable, and what to do when it is wrong. That is the difference between a tool people trust and a tool people quietly work around.
Whoever owns the outcome. Being able to tell whether it is working, which means knowing what to measure rather than taking anyone’s word for it.
What you should be able to do afterward
Adjust the system when the work changes, instead of filing a request and waiting. Bring new staff up on it without us. And evaluate the next AI proposal that lands on your desk on its merits, which is the same thing the audit gave you, now held in-house.
Our part of the voyage is finished when your crew can sail it without us.
